Tech Traders Incorporated warrants your satisfaction that
Insuladd Insulating Additive when added to standard latex house
paints* will meet the following standards when applied and
cared for according to the paint manufacturers application
specifications. This warranty shall be effective for the duration
of the paint manufacturers advertised useful service life for
their paint. This warranty is made to the original purchaser
for the following:
Adhesion: The adhesion, life expectancy, or chemical properties
of the paint* to which INSULADD has been applied will not be
affected by the addition of Insuladd to the paint.
Durability: The dried paint film resists peeling, blistering,
fading and mildew growth as stated by the paint manufacturer.
Coverage: Excellent coverage is assured when applied according
to our application specifications and those of the paint manufacturer.
Thermal Resistance: Documented third party testing of the
thermal properties of Insuladd® Insulating Exterior Paint
has proven the insulating benefits of these products. The actual
results and benefits will vary for each application due to
differences in geographic location, type of construction, exposure,
and dwelling usage.
If Insuladd® Insulating Paint Additive fails to perform
as specified above, Tech Traders Incorporated will at their
discretion, either furnish sufficient paint and INSULADD to
repair the defective area, or refund the purchase price of
the paint and INSULADD upon receipt of proof of purchase and
independent verification that the problem be addressed was
caused solely by the use or introduction of INSULADD into the
homeowners paint.
This warranty excludes labor costs for the application of
any paint or incidental or consequential damages. No other
warranty is expressed or implied. Some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
